Attorney Antonette Payne

Antonette was born in Ft. Wayne, IN. She attended Ball State University receiving her BA in Sociology and MA in Adult and Community Education. She received her law degree from New York Law School. She has been licensed to practice law with over 15 years experience. She has practiced in the areas of business, intellectual property, immigration, and social services disability law.

She is currently licensed in New York and Indiana. She is a member of Indiana Bar Association and AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association), including the Indiana section of AILA. She is proficient in both the English and Spanish language.

She has lived and practiced in New York and Los Angeles but returned to Indiana in 2012 to raise her family. In addition to her legal work, Antonette teaches legal studies courses at Ivy Tech and Business Law & Ethics at the University of Saint Francis. She enjoys traveling and being involved with the community. She serves as a board co-chair for Ft. Wayne Center for Nonviolence, is on the Fort Wayne Mayor’s Opportunity Advisory Board, and is also a Board member for Artlink in Ft. Wayne.
